A Night of Taste

On April 18, Saffron restaurant at Swissôtel Tashkent hosted an intimate evening that brought together good food, live music, and genuine hospitality — the kind of night that's hard to put into words but easy to remember.

Executive Chief Oybek Mirzayev put together a menu that felt considered rather than showy. Each dish built on the last, moving from the first bites through to a Swiss Sigar dessert that closed the evening on a quiet, satisfying note. The focus was on balance — of flavor, texture, and pacing — rather than spectacle.

The mood was elevated by a live saxophone performance, its soft sound adding a layer of intimacy and warmth that deepened the emotional connection to every course.

"We wanted to create not just a dinner, but a complete experience where every detail matters — from the taste of the dish to the mood of the guest,"

The evening brought together guests who appreciate quality cooking and a thoughtful, personal approach. The menu debuted that night is now available at Saffron year-round — so anyone can enjoy that same culinary experience.
